What We're Looking For:
- Proven success in hotel sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales. Experience in other portfolio is also welcome.
- A growth mindset – Open to new ideas, eager to learn, and adaptable to changes in the industry.
- Good industry knowledge, including market trends, competitor insights, and revenue management principles.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build lasting relationships.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a strong team spirit and a love for hospitality.
- Experience with hotel sales software and CRM systems is an advantage.
