Overview

As an onsite Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take full ownership of our online marketing campaigns, manage ad spends across multiple platforms, and design strategies that maximize ROI. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with proven e-commerce marketing experience and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales and increase ROI.
  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other performance channels.
  • Optimize e-commerce funnels (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom stores) for higher conversions.
  • Lead SEO, SEM, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and track CAC, ROI, and ROAS.
  • Analyze campaign data, create reports, and optimize strategies.
  • Work closely with designers, content writers, and developers to deliver high-performing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on AI-powered tools, digital marketing, and e-commerce trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in e-commerce marketing.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, GA4).
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of conversion optimization, retargeting, and funnel building.
  • Experience with email automation and affiliate marketing.
  • Knowledge of crypto/gaming/FinTech marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Lahore.
