Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admission Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating the admission process for students, ensuring smooth communication between clients and partner universities, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students in selecting suitable programs and universities based on their academic backgrounds and career goals.
• Guide students through the application and admission process, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
• Communicate with partner universities to ensure accurate and timely processing of applications.
• Provide up-to-date information on admission requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures.
• Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote Study Icon's services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Handle queries and provide prompt solutions to clients regarding admission processes.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Education, or a related field or equivalent.
• Experience: Fresher. Prior experience in educational consultancy or admission processing is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
