IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The position exists to foster positive and productive relationships between the organization and its workforce, including employees, unions, CBA, and other stakeholders. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, mitigates industrial disputes, ensure industrial peace and promotes a harmonious work environment, which is critical for organizational stability and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster employee belonging and wellbeing through workplace visits, timely query resolution, and skill profiling initiatives.
  • Strengthen collaboration with NMS People Managers by conducting engagement sessions and ensuring resolution of highlighted issues.
  • Drive employee engagement and conflict resolution by promoting fair IR practices, conducting consultations, and addressing workplace concerns proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while representing PTCL in labor courts, committees, and government bodies, and advising management on legal implications.
  • Execute promotion processes in line with company guidelines, including assessments, results, and communication of promotion outcomes.
  • Implement Dynamic Performance Enhancement initiatives aligned with employee performance levels.

Qualification:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resource, Labor Relations, Law or Business Administration.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in industrial relations, labor law or HR Management.
