Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell surgical instruments and related products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, procurement departments, and hospital staff.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and drive growth within the territory.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for end-users.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, customer visits, and market insights to the management team.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Uphold ethical selling practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of sales experience in the medical or surgical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in territory and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Willing to travel within the assigned region as needed
