We're seeking a dynamic and charismatic Client Content Executive to develop and execute content strategies that drive client engagement and thought leadership. As a Client Content Executive, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content, managing client relationships, and conducting podcasts and webinars that showcase our expertise and build our brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and client success, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies that drive client engagement, thought leadership, and brand awareness.
- Create high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, podcast scripts, and webinar presentations.
- Conduct podcasts and webinars that showcase our expertise and build our brand, with a focus on engaging and informing clients.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and client success, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences, and use this insight to inform content strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, client relations, or a related field.
- Strong experience in creating high-quality content, including written, visual, and spoken content.
- Proven experience in conducting podcasts and webinars, with a focus on engaging and informing audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong voice communication and personality, with ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling way.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with digital content creation tools, such as video editing software and podcasting equipment.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing content for search engines.
- Experience working with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Certification in content marketing or a related field.
