Key Account Manager
">We are seeking a seasoned Client Growth Strategist to oversee and manage high-value client relationships. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business development and revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand service offerings.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with key clients.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (desired).
- 5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of account management and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
