Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Karāchi, is for a Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder). The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining and growing relationships with clients, and managing accounts. Daily tasks will include developing and submitting proposals on Upwork, communicating with potential clients, and closing business deals.

Qualifications
  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong Business acumen and Account Management experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Upwork and other similar platforms
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
