Hillcrest Solutions Pvt. Ltd is hiring for an International Chinese Telecom Company for their upcoming GSC project in Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

  1. Survey Reporting & Coordination.
  2. S2 S3 process follow-up on time.
  3. PR Pool/CFG for S2-S3.
  4. Sites definition as per Contractual Scope keeping consistency between Planned & Delivery Scope.
  5. PR PO Processing, issuance for delivery projects.
  6. LTO Tracking, highlighting key tasks for LTO with all Delivery owners to minimize LTO as per Target assigned.
  7. Undertakings tracking/recording.
  8. Long pending PO tracking, follow up, issuance and cancelation as per feedback from delivery Teams.
  9. Monitor the Project Plans.
  10. Ensuring ISDP KPI's above baseline for each project.
  11. Follow up with Delivery teams as per targets assigned by PMs.
  12. No PO No Work Audits internally to ensure No violation on No PO No Work regulation.
  13. Maintaining PDES Data on system as per ME requirement.
  14. Daily project Progress report (email, SMS, Print).
  15. Maintaining Project detailed tracker on ISDP.
  16. LD Working and evidence record keeping.
  17. Issue Reporting and escalations on Time.
  18. Ensuring CIAG KPI's being achieved as per regulation from Platform, apply exception for overdue CIAG sites.
  19. PR PO, DN processing Tracker, subcon acceptance, customer acceptance tracker.
  20. DU maintenance, audits in system to control DU count as per scope.
  21. Project document tracker and record keeping (PACs, ATP documents record etc.).
  22. Configurations publish, SO verifications, Revenue Triggering as per PODs / PACs, ensuring no ICFR.
  23. On hold sites reconciliation with customer.
  24. Preparation of BOQs / Acceptance Documents as per Customer / Frontline requirement.
  25. Perform remote system operations for document submission as well as follow up for approval.
Job Specification

Good Communication skills.
Hands on experience on Huawei Basic tools.
Daily project Progress report (email, SMS, Print).
Survey Reporting & Coordination.
