Document Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Control Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing all project documents and records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize all project documents and records, including technical drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence
  • Ensure that all project documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date
  • Develop and implement document control processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of project documentation
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that all project documentation is reviewed and approved in a timely manner
  • Monitor and track document changes, revisions, and approvals
  • Ensure that all project documents are properly stored and archived
  • Provide support to project teams by retrieving and distributing project documents as needed
  • Prepare and distribute project reports and status updates as required
  • Assist with project closeout by ensuring that all project documents are complete and accurate

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in document control, preferably in the Telecom or engineering industry.

They should be familiar with dry & Wet utilities telecom network components, and have working knowledge of GIS tools and document management systems. The candidate should also be proficient in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
