Barkat Frisian Agro Ltd is a leading Egg processing company seeking an experienced and skilled Production Executive to join our team. We offer a dynamic work environment, competitive salary, and excellent benefits.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Executive to oversee the production operations of our food processing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing production activities to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and schedule production runs to meet customer demands and production targets.

- Oversee the production process, including raw material handling, processing, packaging, and quality control.

- Supervise and direct production personnel, including training and development.

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

- Analyze production data and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with other departments, including quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in food processing, preferably in a production management role.

- Proven leadership and management skills.

- Strong knowledge of food processing operations, quality control, and food safety regulations.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with food processing equipment, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety regulations.
