Position: Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Work Environment:

Compensation: 245,000 - 460,000 PKR per month with potential monthly bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and guide the company's technical strategy, ensuring innovative and up-to-date practices.
  2. Mentor, oversee, and contribute to the hiring of a team of 5-6 outstanding individuals, aligning them with the company's mission and goals.
  3. Drive the development and adoption of AI tools, particularly emphasizing expertise in Hugging Face and Langchain.
  4. Collaborate across various teams to chart out and realize the product roadmap.
  5. Guarantee that our solutions are resilient, scalable, and fortified with top-notch cybersecurity measures.
  6. Remain abreast with the latest advancements in Web3 solutions and identify integration opportunities in our suite of products.

Requirements:

  1. 5-20 years of professional experience in the tech industry.
  2. A demonstrated track record in AI and machine learning, with hands-on experience in tools like Hugging Face and Langchain.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of cloud platforms, ideally AWS or Azure, and a profound understanding of cybersecurity protocols.
  4. Proven leadership and team management skills with prior experience in hiring and nurturing talent.
  5. Familiarity with Web3 solutions and their application in the fintech landscape.
  6. Exceptional communication abilities, both in speaking and writing.
  7. Prior involvement in startups or compact teams, with the agility to adapt to rapidly evolving environments.
