Job Overview:

The Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily project activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.

This role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, and regulatory services providers to ensure smooth project execution. The successful candidate will possess excellent operational management skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise project activities, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and project schedule.
  2. Oversee the performance of consultants and contractors, ensuring timely issuance of information and adhering to quality requirements.
  3. Facilitate liaison duties for regulatory services providers, facilitating approvals and ensuring seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or related technical discipline from a recognized institution with valid membership of Pakistan Engineering Council.
  • Minimum 12 years of working experience in a similar capacity, with added advantage if experience is in property development.
  • Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and MS Project, with added advantage if AutoCAD skills are possessed.
  • Excellent documentation skills, strong teamwork abilities, and robust operational management skills.
  • Ability to think broadly and adapt to changing circumstances.
