- Ensure accuracy in ordering processes, minimizing entry errors, CRM cases, vendor errors, and receiving errors.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant field is required.
- Basic understanding of information technology and electronic products terminology.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and demonstrate strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Office; knowledge of Access is a plus.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Effective communication with sales teams regarding request statuses.
