Job Summary:

We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven professional to manage end-to-end Liner administration, contract compliance, forecasting, and vessel planning. This role requires close collaboration with commercial, sales, operations, and transshipment teams to ensure competitive pricing, accurate forecasting, and seamless shipment execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with logistics systems and a customer-centric mindset. This position is pivotal in optimizing capacity utilization, resolving customer disputes, and supporting strategic growth through budgeting and market analysis.

The role involves coordinating transportation operations, negotiating rates, managing documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing performance reports

Job Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor market trends.
• Deliver weekly benchmarking reports for North America, Canada, Caribbean & Central America.

Forecasting & Vessel Planning

• Prepare daily booking forecasts for USA East/West Coast, Far East, Caribbean & West Africa.
• Prepare and share accurate weekly cargo booking forecasts.
• Coordinate with Liner & Transshipments Teams to fine-tune vessel allocation.

Contracts & Compliance

• Prepare FMC service contracts, ensuring timely filings with correct Terms & Conditions.
• Ensure service contract numbers and associated charges are accurately manifested with bookings.

Reporting & Systems

• Share daily Booking Freight Benchmarking Reports.
• Develop agency and management presentations as needed.

Operational Coordination

• Monitor bookings vs. actual cargo activity in collaboration with sales to ensure vessel fulfillment.
• Proactively address and resolve customer disputes and discrepancies.
• Efficiently manage service capacity to maximize loading of profitable cargo based on current routing.

Strategic Planning & Growth

• Prepare quarterly and annual budgets for assigned sectors, tracking KPIs and target achievement.
• Engage quarterly with internal and external stakeholders to explore new business and market opportunities.

Qualification:

Preferable MBA / Master's or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Commercial Position, preferably in Shipping or Logistics Company.

Working Conditions

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
