Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for an Export Coordinator. The Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing export documentation, coordinating with customers and shipment agents via ocean freight, and ensuring efficient and compliant export operations. The role involves daily communication with clients and partners, providing exceptional customer service, and handling logistical challenges related to export operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Export Documentation and Export operations
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Ocean Freight and logistics coordination
  • Proficiency in handling and managing export-related tasks
  • Ability to work effectively within a diverse team
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field is preferred
