Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Trade Operations Specialist to manage trade-related activities and ensure the seamless execution of export re-finance and long-term financing facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Export Re-Finance and Long-Term Financing Facility Applications: You will be responsible for submitting agreements between the bank and SBP, including sub-allocations, and submitting annexures D, F, and A to SBP.
  • Maintain and Monitor Bank-Wide Limits: You will ensure that the bank's limits for SBP-subsidized products are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Manage Follow-Ups with Customers: You will send tracers and manage follow-ups with customers related to export re-finance and long-term financing facilities.
  • Repay Quarterly Share of Profit: You will submit repayment to SBP in lieu of long-term financing facility and export re-finance.
  • Disburse and Maintain Corporate and Commercial Loans: You will disburse, maintain, and record corporate and commercial loans/running finance.
  • Internal and External Reporting: You will provide internal reports to management and external reports to SBP on defined products.
  • Compile MIS: You will compile monthly information sheets (MIS) related to export re-finance and corporate loans.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university/institute.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant banking experience.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of import and export, knowledge of trade operations, and good communication and report writing skills.
