About the jobWhat You Bring to The Team
  • Lead, manage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners, and stakeholders.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure successful product releases.
  • Oversee early adoption projects and perform project management responsibilities.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure customer adoption and act as an ambassador for the product.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Listen to customer needs, understand challenges, and articulate solutions and implementation plans.
  • Track milestones for governance, pricing, and training; review reports and identify gaps or blockers.
  • Work closely with business partners to understand requirements and prioritize resources.
  • Oversee day-to-day project and program control of cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with dispersed teams across product management, engineering, delivery, support, and global pricing.
  • Ensure clear communication and understanding of data and forecasts among all owners.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, best practices, and agile methodologies.
  • Suggest improvements to customers' digital systems.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Design or Architecture.
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Hands-on coding experience of 5+ years in current programming languages.
  • Experience with risk management frameworks and reporting.
  • Strong technical background in hardware platforms, operating systems, fabric interconnects, DevOps pipelines, and lifecycle.
  • Experience with automation platforms like Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet is highly desired.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology.
