About the job Solution Architect (Onsite, Lahore, USD Salary)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in software development, with hands-on experience in architecture and code, preferably within E-commerce, FinTech, or subscription-based environments.
  • Hands-on experience with our tech stack, including Python, Node.js, React, REST APIs, and SQL/MySQL databases.
  • Actively involved in coding and development within the last 2 years
  • Good knowledge and experience in ERP (e.g., Odoo), CRM, AWS, Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead external development teams and provide mentorship within the organization.
  • Strong expertise in conducting code reviews and maintaining high coding standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and technical documentation.
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and technology strategy
  • Lead development efforts for key projects, including guiding external teams and ensuring high-quality code standards.
  • Conduct detailed code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Act as a technical mentor to developers and other team members.
  • Work closely with the Platform Team to align architecture with organizational goals.
  • Manage external development teams, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the software platform and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Drive innovation in processes, workflows, and development strategies.
