We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise in Python, Django, Azure, and microservice architecture to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure solutions to meet our business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud architecture, software development, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure solutions using Python, Django, and Azure cloud services.

Microservices Development: Develop and oversee the implementation of microservice architecture, ensuring modularity, scalability, and maintainability of applications.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and design.

Integration: Design and implement integration solutions between different systems and services, ensuring seamless data flow and communication.

Performance Optimization: Optimize system performance and reliability by conducting regular reviews, load testing, and performance tuning.

Security: Ensure the security and compliance of solutions by implementing best practices in data protection, access control, and secure coding.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, design decisions, and implementation details.

Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful project delivery.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and continuously improve the architectural standards and practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and architecture, with a focus on Python and Django.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, including services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing microservice architectures, including knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
