The Position

We are seeking a responsible and morally exemplary Office ChildCare Specialist for our in-house Child Care facility. The specialist will create a safe, healthy, and engaging environment for children, performing all related care tasks. The goal is to foster a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive and develop.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Engage children in creative and educational activities to promote their language, cognitive, and motor skills.
  2. Communicate politely with children and teach courteous behaviors.
  3. Read to and with children.
  4. Plan and supervise rest, nap, and sleep times.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and safety in interactive areas throughout the day.
  6. Communicate with parents in emergencies and keep HR informed.
  7. Schedule and share children's activities monthly with HR.
  8. Supervise and monitor children's safety during the day.
  9. Ensure childcare supplies and equipment are available and functional, notifying HR of maintenance needs.

Education and Experience

  1. High school diploma; additional training in early childhood development or Montessori diploma is a plus.
  2. Proven childcare experience, preferably in an office environment.
  3. First aid certification is a plus.
