About Our Child Care Facility

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage children in creative activities to promote their language, cognitive, and motor skills.
  • Communicate politely with children and teach courteous behaviors.
  • Read to and with children.
  • Plan and supervise rest, nap, and sleep times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in interactive areas throughout the day.
  • Communicate with parents in emergencies and keep HR informed.
  • Schedule and share children's activities monthly with HR.
  • Supervise and monitor children's safety during the day.
  • Ensure childcare supplies and equipment are available and functional, notifying HR of maintenance needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma; additional training in early childhood development or Montessori certification is a plus.
  • Proven childcare experience, preferably in an office setting.
  • First aid certification is a plus.
