Assistant STEAM TrainerLocation: NSTP, NUST H-12 Campus, Islamabad & Future Labs, Rawat Technology Park Duration: 3 Months (Full-Time, On-Site)Job SummaryAs an Assistant STEAM Trainer, you'll work alongside our lead trainers to support the planning and execution of workshops, help manage student activities, and ensure that sessions run smoothly. You'll assist in delivering hands-on learning experiences in coding, robotics, and general STEAM concepts using educational kits and tools.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist lead trainers in conducting STEAM workshops and activities for students aged 5–12.
  • Help set up learning materials, kits, and equipment for sessions.
  • Support students during lessons and activities, providing guidance and encouragement.
  • Contribute to the development and adaptation of lesson plans and materials.
  • Ensure a safe, fun, and interactive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with the training team to improve session delivery and student engagement.
  • Learn and apply new educational tools and teaching techniques in a real-world environment.
Who We're Looking For
  • Students in their final year (7th or 8th semester) or fresh graduates in STEM, Education, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Individuals with a keen interest in teaching, technology, and hands-on learning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Basic knowledge of coding, robotics, or educational technology is a plus.
