STEAM Training Assistant

This is an opportunity to work with a team of educators and trainers to deliver hands-on learning experiences in coding, robotics, and general STEAM concepts. As a STEAM Training Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of workshops, manage student activities, and ensure that sessions run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist lead trainers in conducting STEAM workshops and activities for students aged 5–12.
  • Help set up learning materials, kits, and equipment for sessions.
  • Support students during lessons and activities, providing guidance and encouragement.
  • Contribute to the development and adaptation of lesson plans and materials.
  • Ensure a safe, fun, and interactive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with the training team to improve session delivery and student engagement.
  • Learn and apply new educational tools and teaching techniques in a real-world environment.
Requirements
  • Students in their final year (7th or 8th semester) or fresh graduates in STEM, Education, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Individuals with a keen interest in teaching, technology, and hands-on learning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Basic knowledge of coding, robotics, or educational technology is a plus.
