Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated
IELTS/PTE Trainer
to join our team in
Islamabad
. This is a
full-time, on-site role
where the trainer will deliver engaging and effective lessons, prepare customized lesson plans, and evaluate student progress. The role also involves conducting
mock tests
, assisting students with language consultancy, and ensuring a supportive learning environment that helps candidates achieve their desired scores. The instructor will participate in
curriculum development
, maintain teaching records, and take part in faculty meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience
    as an IELTS or PTE Instructor (experience with Duolingo/other English proficiency tests is a plus)
  • Strong
    teaching, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to
    design lesson plans, conduct mock tests, and assess student performance
  • Skilled in providing
    constructive feedback
    and tracking progress
  • Familiarity with
    curriculum development
    and modern teaching methodologies
  • Excellent
    time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Education, English, or a related field (TESOL/TEFL certification preferred)
  • Proficiency in using
    digital teaching tools
    and online learning platforms
  • Experience teaching in a
    multicultural environment
