Ibex, for one of it's global client, is looking to hire a Data Analyst.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX.


• Technical Proficiency:

o Strong proficiency in Power BI, including Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power BI Dataflows, and Power Query.

o Expertise in DAX for creating complex measures and calculations.

o Experience with SQL and working knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle ADW).

o Proficient in data integration and ETL processes.


• Data Modeling: Advanced knowledge of data modeling concepts, including star schema design and normalization.


• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.


• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work, ensuring data integrity and reliability.


• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results on time.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar Power BI certifications.


• Experience with Salesforce: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its data structure.


• Python Skills: Basic knowledge of Python for advanced analytics and machine learning integration with Power BI.


• Advanced Analytics: Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning models, and integrating them into Power BI reports.
