Data Analyst

Are you a data expert with a passion for analytics?

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, creating reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide clear recommendations.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
  • Create reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Develop and maintain databases and data models
  • Provide actionable insights to drive business decisions

Requirements:

Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power BI Dataflows, and Power Query
  • Expertise in DAX for creating complex measures and calculations
  • Experience with SQL and working knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle ADW)
  • Proficient in data integration and ETL processes

Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar Power BI certifications

Experience:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its data structure
  • Basic knowledge of Python for advanced analytics and machine learning integration with Power BI
