Role Description
This is an on-site consultancy and coaching role for a Corporate Sales Trainer based in Lahore. The trainer will develop and deliver sales training programs, conduct workshops, and ensure the sales team acquires essential skills and knowledge. Responsibilities include creating training materials, evaluating training effectiveness, collaborating with the sales team to identify needs, and maintaining training documentation. The role requires coordination with other departments to align training initiatives with corporate goals and customer service standards.

- Experience in Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs
- Proven track record in training and development
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus
