The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for social media marketing. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different marketing platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Responsibilities

As a Social Media Marketer, your responsibilities will revolve around organizing and running marketing campaigns on social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat).

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Creating content along with the graphic designer, including text posts, videos, and images for use on social media.
  • Promoting products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization's brand and social media strategy.
  • Developing new social media strategies and campaigns according to a budget, managing the budget to be spent on promoting social media posts, and making calculations about the returns expected from the budget invested into the ads.
  • Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and senior team members and keeping them updated on the performance of marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Proficient in Meta Business Suite for Ads.
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
  • Portfolio of work.
