Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms.
  • Create customized marketing strategies for different European regions, considering local languages, customer behavior, and rules like GDPR.
  • Research and select high-converting keywords , design ad copies, and build efficient campaign structures for paid search (SEA) and display networks.
Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily using platforms like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party tools.
  • Drive CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate optimization to meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and targeting options to improve results.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track KPIs and generate actionable insights using Google Analytics (GA4) , Tag Manager, Data Studio, and UTM parameters.
  • Report performance results to stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis with clear recommendations.
Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure campaign assets and landing pages are conversion-optimized.
  • Collaborate with local language experts to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy for region-specific campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEA/PPC and performance marketing in European markets .
  • Proven experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , Google Tag Manager, and performance tracking tools.
  • Deep understanding of audience targeting , remarketing, lookalike audiences, and custom conversion funnels.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and regional compliance requirements for digital advertising in Europe.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, French, Dutch, etc.) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in or for a digital agency or tech/startup environment .
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience with performance marketing for mobile apps , SaaS products, or e-commerce.
