We're Hiring: On Site Business Development Executive / Up Work Bidder

Onsite | Full-time

Bright Solutions is actively seeking a Skilled On Site Biddder / Business Development Executive who can generate and close leads through platforms like Up Work, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar freelance

marketplaces.

If you have a strong skill level of AI-Automation, AI Chat Bots projects and Full Stack development Front end and back and know how to pitch effectively—we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects related to AI Automation, Great knowledge of on Full stack Development Projects available on Up Work and DevOps.
  • Skill of Crafting winning proposals that convert and able to address clients needs.
  • Great level of understanding skill of Upwork's clients needs on available job.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and align our solutions.
  • Work closely with the technical team to scope projects accurately.
  • Follow up on leads and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of AI Chat bot and Automation , Full Stack development Projects understanding and DevOps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Tech-savvy and business-oriented mindset.
