Upwork Sales Bidder For Graphic & Animation

As an Upwork Bidder and Salesperson at Vortex Grow, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by securing new projects and clients on the Upwork platform. Your ability to craft compelling proposals, communicate effectively, and build relationships will be essential in achieving sales targets and expanding our clientele.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a strong online presence on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer with positive ratings and reviews.
  2. Understand job listings and promptly apply with well-written proposals and competitive bids.
  3. Seek out new opportunities on various online platforms to grow our client base.
  4. Create persuasive proposals tailored to each client's needs.
  5. Negotiate and secure contracts that align with our business goals.
  6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth.
  7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and project details.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder and Salesperson.
  2. Strong understanding of the Upwork platform, including bidding processes, client interactions, and project management.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Demonstrated track record of successfully securing projects and generating sales in a competitive environment.
  5. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
