Location: onsite / Pechs block 2, 129-B Karachi
Shift: Night (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PKT)
Experience: 1+ year in Upwork bidding with proven conversion
At Designtric, we specialize in delivering world-class Web, App, and Design solutions to global clients. We are seeking a talented and proactive Upwork Bidder who can help us secure high-quality projects and build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities- Actively bid on relevant projects on Upwork in Web, App, and Design categories.
- Craft personalized and persuasive proposals to convert leads into clients.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and follow up regularly.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork (please share profile links/portfolio).
- Strong understanding of mobile app, web development, and design services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to convert leads into long-term, repeat clients.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused.
