Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder, located in Karāchi. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and applying for relevant projects on Upwork, crafting compelling proposals, negotiating project terms, and ensuring consistent client communication. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the development team to understand project requirements and contributing to business development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in crafting compelling proposals and negotiating project terms
  • Strong research skills to identify relevant projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the development team
  • Familiarity with Upwork platform and business development
  • Experience in web/mobile application and AI Agents projects is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
