: ONSITE / PECHS block 2, 129-B Karachi

Shift: Night (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PKT)

Experience: 1+ year in Upwork bidding with proven conversion

Responsibilities
:

Actively bid on relevant projects on Upwork in Web, App, and Design categories.

Craft personalized and persuasive proposals to convert leads into clients.

Maintain strong communication with clients and follow up regularly.

Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements
:

Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork (please share profile links/portfolio).

Strong understanding of mobile app, web development, and design services.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to convert leads into long-term, repeat clients.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused.
