Job Description

We are the team that partners with clients to fuse data, science, and the talents of our people to provide measurement and improvement for the clients and markets we serve. We are the key link between NielsenIQ and clients. Our service and delivery are the reasons clients continue to invest in our products and services. In this role, you will execute projects with limited supervision by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations. This is a Hybrid role based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Responsibilities
  1. Master the use of proprietary NIQ tools and metrics to solve clients' business questions.
  2. Collaborate closely with CS Consultants to enhance customer experience.
  3. Respond independently to field business questions during briefing sessions and develop analytical outlines that leverage multiple NIQ solutions into a cohesive story.
  4. Simplify and visualize data, translating numbers into compelling stories with insightful callouts and actionable recommendations.
  5. Prepare and present insights and recommendations using SCQA and AP frameworks, at an Academy Bronze graduate level.
  6. Drive customer satisfaction through relevant analyses and impactful insights.
  7. Support Thought Leadership Projects.
  8. Ensure client briefing documents are complete and clear, asking questions to understand the core issues, and guide junior team members in the same process.
Qualifications
  1. At least 1 year of experience in the CPG industry and/or related sales, category management, or market research.
  2. A Master's degree is a plus.
  3. Prior experience with NielsenIQ (or similar) solutions, including POS/Panel data, preferred.
  4. A curious mindset and passion for building stories from data to answer business questions.
  5. Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical proficiency.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
  7. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  8. Quick learner of concepts, tools, and analyses.
