Job Summary:

TheInfrastructureManagerfortheFulfillmentDepartmentisresponsibleforoverseeingtheplanning,implementation,andmaintenanceofallphysicalandtechnologicalinfrastructuresupportingwarehouseandorderfulfillmentoperations.Thisincludesmanagingwarehousemanagementsystems(WMS),conveyorandautomationsystems,networking,hardware,andfacilityutilitiescriticaltoefficientorderprocessinganddistribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing FBD (Fulfilled by Daraz) across PK, Inbounding, Outbounding, Service Level, Seller experience, Customer experience.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with Commercial teams to align daily incoming shipments and promote FBD growth and health.
  • Identifying performance gaps in the warehouse's operations, drive programs to close gaps and revamp existing processes for better results.
  • Overseeing warehouse inventory health, utilization, clearance.
  • Data Analysis.
  • BRD & PRD creation.
  • Leading CAPEX, OPEX, and expansion projects to drive efficiency and sustainability.
  • Responsible for department PRs, GRNs.
  • Significant cross functional coordination with Admin, Procurement, IT, and HSSE teams to initiate, execute, and conclude projects.
  • CAPEX Forecasting and allocation.
  • Monitoring and maintaining HSSE, 5S, and warehouse standards.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelors or Master's Degree in a Business Discipline preferably Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience handling business stakeholders, project management in a tech or ecommerce environment.
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel. Basic SQL knowledge would be an advantage.
