• Responsible to create more business opportunities towards dealership in South Region Pakistan.

• Maintaining and increasing sales of IWM's products via dealership.

• Reaching the targets and goals set for the south region.

• Establishing, maintaining and expanding dealers network.

• Servicing the needs of our existing dealers.

• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

• Setting sales targets for individual dealer and our team as a whole.

• Recruiting and training sales staff for dealers.

• Allocating areas to IWM's sales representatives.

• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.

• Monitoring dealers performance and motivating them to reach targets.

• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.

• Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts myself.

• Collecting customer feedback and market research.

• Reporting to senior management.

• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

• Finalization of Showroom's design & layout as per standards.

• Bifurcating business modules as per dealer business working capacity and market needs.

• Helping dealers to find out the best business solution from IWM.

• Marketing support.

• After sales services towards dealer and their customers.

• Inventory and stock management follow up.

• Dealers visits and motivation.

• Incentive and motivation plans for teams.
