Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and layouts according to client requirements.
2. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
3. Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and templates to ensure consistent visual identity across all projects.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts.
5. Review designs for errors before final production and implement necessary corrections.
6. Communicate with clients to understand their design needs and execute designs accordingly.
7. Coordinate with printing companies and vendors to ensure high-quality printing and production of design materials.
8. Follow company's brand guidelines and ensure all designs are aligned with the brand's identity.

Job Specification

1. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
2. Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box.
3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the design team.
5. Familiarity with different design styles and trends.
6. Basic knowledge of printing processes and requirements.
7. Ability to work independently and proactively seek feedback for continuous improvement.
