Company Description

Agrius IT is a global provider of Third-Party Maintenance (TPM) services for data center infrastructure, specializing in servers, storage, and networking equipment. With a focus on cost optimization and sustainable IT practices, Agrius IT offers 24/7 technical support, various Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and a vast inventory of spare parts to extend the life of End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Service-Life (EOSL) hardware.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal and Compliance Manager to join our team. This role will primarily focus on reviewing and drafting contracts, managing the contract lifecycle, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across the organization, including supporting company expansion into new territories.

Qualifications:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including vendor agreements, client contracts, partnership agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle by tracking key provisions, renewal dates, and termination clauses to ensure timely review and renewal.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify legal risks and provide strategic advice on contract-related matters.
  • Stay up to date with legal and regulatory developments, particularly those affecting contract law and compliance.
  • Assist in drafting internal policies, SOPs, legal frameworks, and other governance documents.
  • Handle various legal matters, including intellectual property, tax, and compliance issues as they arise.
  • Support vendor registration processes and manage trademark registration activities for Agrius IT.
  • Monitor and ensure the company's compliance with ISO standards.
  • Conduct legal research and due diligence to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in any new territory where Agrius IT plans to establish operations. This includes corporate, tax, employment, data protection, and regulatory compliance aspects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract management or a legal role with a strong focus on contracts.
  • Solid understanding of contract law and relevant legal principles.
  • Proven experience in legal drafting and contract negotiation.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/contracts independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
