We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead our Medical College in Sukkur. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for medical education and institutional growth.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the university in line with the vision and mission of the institution.
- Manage academic, administrative, and financial functions of the university.
- Plan, conduct, and follow accreditation visits by the national/international regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant professional and academic standards.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the institution in various regulatory authorities, policy staff, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
- As per PMDC guidelines qualification: shall be a professor having level III qualification in medical sciences as follows:
- FCPS, PhD
- MPhil/MS in the relevant subject
- Should have at least 10 years of teaching experience as Professor
- Prior experience as Principal or Dean will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of accreditation requirements, regulations of the PMDC, CPSP and other health regulatory bodies.
- Ability to provide visionary leadership and manage complex academic and administrative staff.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Proficiency in academic and administrative processes.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Ability to commute/relocate: Sukkur – Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Education: Doctorate (Preferred)
- Experience: of teaching as Professor: 10 years (Preferred)
