We are expanding rapidly and are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our on-site team and lead business growth.
Position Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in IT sales, academic publication sales, and/or creative design sales. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT, academic publishing, and design solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, academic, and institutional clients.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in IT services, academic publication, or design-related sales.
- Strong business development skills and a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong understanding of market trends in IT, publishing, and creative services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
