CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (SHOPIFY/GORGIAS FOCUS) - REMOTE

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative with a Shopify/Gorgias focus, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring our customers have exceptional experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handling inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
- Using Gorgias and Shopify to efficiently manage tickets and provide fast, accurate service.
- Staying informed on product updates and service practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.

We're seeking dedicated individuals who meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
To ensure you're set up for success in a remote role, you'll need:
- Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred).
- A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed).
