We are looking for a talented Visual Communication Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong grasp of design principles to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will craft compelling visuals, develop impactful brand assets, and ensure consistency across digital and print platforms. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities
  • Consulting with the project team and determining design preferences and expectations
  • Designing original graphics with unique colors, shapes, and typography
  • Refining output with visual design software
  • Enhancing digital images with contrast and gradients
  • Submitting visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval in a timely manner
  • Meeting with the project team for feedback and editing designs
  • Collaborating with developers to align visual designs with website functionalities
  • Developing prototypes to integrate logos and brand images across products and platforms, including social media
  • Adapting and refining designs based on feedback and ensuring smooth execution through revisions
  • Ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals
  • Developing presentations with strong PPT experience
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual arts, or similar
  • Complete knowledge of design thinking processes
  • 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer
  • A complete portfolio of design examples
  • Advanced proficiency in visual design and graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
  • Exceptional creative abilities as reflected in original visual designs
  • Experience in determining design preferences and meeting deadlines
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to integrate feedback
  • Proficiency in keeping up with visual design technologies and industry trends
  • Excellent communication skills, including client-facing abilities
  • Experience with presenting and revising designs based on feedback
  • PPT experience with creative presentation design
