Hotel Sales Manager (Faisalabad, Pakistan)

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong sales and leadership skills to make a significant impact on our hotel's success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Monitor market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: We are offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
