Your Role – More Than Just Campaign Management

You'll drive results managing client relationships, executing high-impact PPC strategies, and directly contributing to brand and agency growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time Onsite role for an Amazon PPC Manager. The Amazon PPC Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns, performing keyword research, analyzing campaign performance, and adjusting strategies to improve performance. The role also includes creating ad copy, monitoring budgets, and keeping up to date with Amazon advertising trends. The manager will work closely with other team members to ensure overall account success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and ASIN targeting.
  • Regularly audit campaigns to identify inefficiencies and reduce wasted ad spend.
  • Implement advanced strategies such as keyword isolation, dayparting, bid automation, and ranking campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs including ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives and targeting approaches to improve ad performance.
  • Collaborate with account managers, listing optimizers, and creative teams to ensure holistic conversion funnel alignment.
  • Create and present weekly/monthly reports with insights and data-backed recommendations.
  • Stay updated on Amazon Advertising trends and beta features to gain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
  • Proficiency with Amazon Ads Console and third-party PPC tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, datadive, Scale insights, sellerboard)
  • Ability to manage multiple ASINs/brands across marketplaces (US, UK, EU, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making
  • Solid understanding of ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and other key PPC metrics
  • Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement
  • Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset
