Tasteland Allied food is looking for an ASM/Area Sales Manager/TSM/Territory Sales Manager with 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverages industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing sales strategies, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer relationships
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to ensure sales targets are met
- Manage and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
