Human Resource Manager:
Who is Human Resource Manager?
This position is responsible for processing monthly payrolls for full and part-time staff as well as a variety of HR & Accounts duties including but not limited to the following functional areas: recruitment & hiring, benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, policy development & implementation, regulatory compliance, training and professional development, procurement and inventory management, administrative works and daily operations.
Report's Sharing Criteria:
- Start at 12:30 PM and end the shift at 10:00 PM From Monday to Thursday.
- Start at 01:00 PM and end the shift at 10:00 PM on Friday.
- Start at 10:00 AM and end the shift at 06:00 PM on Saturday (Alternate).
- Share daily to-do list and done to-do list (at end of the shift) in a Skype group on time.
- All employee's daily leave and absent reports must be shared with top management before shift starts and at the end of each shift; run reports must be sent via email on a daily basis.
- Provide hourly updates into relevant Skype groups.
- All HR data (all HR policies relevant documents, all hiring stuff) must be shared in an online Google Drive account. Ensure you are strictly not allowed to save any file in the HR system offline.
- All job portal platforms must be checked and updated in an online Google Drive sheet (which must be shared with top management) and updated on a daily basis.
- All employee's monthly performance evaluation appraisal reports must be submitted to higher management on a monthly basis and announce employee of the month after top management discussion.
- All employee's daily break timings report must be maintained, ensuring their hours are adjusted accordingly; deductions of pay and other matters will be structured.
- Prepare company profit and loss reports with the Project Manager on a monthly basis and update top management.
- Management Asana needs to be updated on a daily basis and also schedule Asana for the next 2 weeks.
- HR rule violations, fines, and acceptance report.
- Inventory report sharing on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of all HR policies and update them according to system requirements.
- Pre-Joining, Post-Joining, and employee leaving and retention processes.
- HR will be responsible for any type of data leakage related to management.
- Employees of the month need to be announced on a monthly basis and prepare certificates and further documentation against it.
- Update call logs, key register, stamp register, email verification codes & contact details in specified registers.
- Maintain all employee's document files on a weekly and monthly basis and ensure all relevant information is updated.
- Prepare building security measures like CCTV monitoring on a regular basis.
- Maintain databases of old and new employees and share them on a weekly basis.
- Ensure replacement of each hiring position is completed.
- Organize all HR data on HR relevant software (after some research work).
- Email to employees about Teamlogger hours and send every employee their team logger hour after the 15th, 1st Friday of each month.
- Ensure that staff get paid correctly and on time.
- Answer calls, respond to texts, and stay active on HR Mobile (especially weekends).
- Conduct accounts-related and key holders detail audits.
- Oversee petty cash, cost control, budgeting detail audits, and all physical filing detail checks.
- Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
- Develop and monitor the performance evaluation program; administer annually, working closely with managers to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct recruitment and hiring for all personnel; conduct new employee onboarding and orientation.
- Manage employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
- Participate in annual audit preparation and fieldwork as needed.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counsel managers on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews; recommend changes.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term goals; identify ways to support the mission and strategic goals through talent management.
- Research and develop competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment, benefits, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
