Job Description: Business Development Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience and is familiar with platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients on freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr) and LinkedIn.
  • Develop compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Track and analyze key business development metrics, including conversion rates and success rates on proposals.
  • Communicate and negotiate with potential clients to build lasting relationships.
  • Stay updated on company services and offerings to effectively represent the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Regularly attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve business development processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, CS or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organizational abilities.
