Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Naya Lahore. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying business process improvements, and communicating findings effectively. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, document business processes, and translate these into actionable insights. Additionally, the Business Analyst will provide support for strategic decision-making and ensure that business objectives are met efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
  • Proficiency in defining and documenting Business Requirements
  • Ability to analyze and improve Business Processes
  • Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in the industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
